    Radcliffe Street at Dorrance Street. This view from the river shows the home which was constructed in 1816. The home was built for Mr. & Mrs. Lenox whose nice inherited the home after their deaths. Sarah Keeneā€™s will left the home as a residence for elderly women in need. The home was left in the care of the Episcopal Church Diocese of Philadelphia, The Grundy Foundation purchased the house in the early 1960s, removed it, and used the land for construction of the Margaret R. Grundy Memorial Library.
