Postcard: "Bath St. School, Bristol, PA."
Erected in 1881. This was the fourth public school opened in Bristol. Between 1881 and 1894, the upper floor was used as high school classroom. When a new school was opened in 1894 on Wood Street, high school classes moved there. Warren Snyder school opened on Buckley Street in 1956. This school closed and became a warehouse for Dries Furniture Store at Mill and Pond Streets. A fire destroyed the building in 1973 and it was torn down. Three duplex houses occupy the site as of 2002. Photo is pre-1910 as the railroad is not yet visible beyond the school. -

Opened 1888, closed 1969, burned in 1970. In 1972 a new school opened on Radcliffe Street opposite the St. Mark Church. -
Postcard: "Public School, Tullytown, PA. The Ess an Ess Photo Co., 19 E. 17th St., New York, N. Y."
It had a classroom on each floor. A second one-room school was built adjacent. The donor, Dora Colville, taught there between 1938-1952. The school has been demolished. Students from Tullytown attended Pennsbury School District. -

The old homestead is presently standing on Elmhurst avenue in a section of Bristol Township, called Winder Village. Elmhurst is a street perpendicular to Route 413 (called Rodgers Road). -

Image displays a section of Levittown near US Route 13, which is at the bottom of the photograph. Below Route 13 is the railroad that connects Philadelphia and New York. Also visible is Bishop Eagan School and the parish house. St. Michael's Church had not yet been built. The smaller lake has been filled in. The large lake is Levittown Lake. The section of houses around the lake is a section called Lakeside. On the top left is the Lakeside pool. On the right is the school. Additionally on the left is the Levittown Parkway. -

Postcard: "The 'William E. Doron,' Bristol-Burlington Ferry"
The “William E. Doron” ferry operated between Bristol and Burlington until Mr. Doron retired February 25, 1930 and died a few months later.
