The speaker is believed to be Leslie Kilcoyne, a lawyer whose office was in the Closson/Keystone Hotel building on Bath Street. In front of the speaker are members of the Rober W. Bracken Post No. 382 American Legion. The men on the platform wearing metal helmets are members of the American Legion.
